I love the Stockbridge, because of the perfect location, its historical ambiance and the friendly neighbors. The apartments are roomy with lots of closet space and if you are lucky enough to have a room with a view it is beautiful.

YES YES YES. the only "down" thing I would tell them is that if you own a car, waiting list for garage could be long, but there are a couple of other places who will rent out their spaces and are close; otherwise, I am a fan of this management company. And when the economy was bad, Epic and Stockbridge Management were very cool when it came to sign lease renewals. They offered incentives to stay and these were generous incentives. I know asset managment companies are here for the money, which is cool because you need to make money but they really, really offered great incentives to stay. So this leads me to believe Epic Management has found that rare balance of wanting to maintain relationships/happy tenants and be a thriving business as well. My hat off to you/!! And Ariel...I have never met a more responsive, understanding apartment manager ever!! Occasionally I go through periods where I am high maintenance in that I get restless, want to transfer apartments and ask a lot of questions. Not once has she ever made me feel I was being a pain or that I was interrupting. She's friendly, professional and she's another one of those rare individuals who manages to strike a balance between professionalism and availability to the tenants without compromising that. To summarize, I heart her and should she ever decide to pursue other opportunities, please bribe her; give her a floor of the Stockbridge, anything please, lol lol Sincerely, James Bryant, apt 308
